When are you guys the least busy? We’re the least crowded from 11:30am-7pm Monday-Thursday and Friday – Sunday 11:30am-2pm.

Is it safe to eat at your shop for someone who has allergies? We advise customers with severe allergies that there is always a risk of cross-contamination

Do you have dairy free flavors? Yes! We offer an oat milk dairy-free & vegan soft serve  ** We do have Oat Milk for flavor preference, but because we use shared machines, we can’t guarantee it’s 100% free of cross-contamination. If you have a severe allergy, we want to be safe and let you know our equipment is shared

Do you sell gift cards? Yes, we sell gift cards on location

Do you sell your merch at the shop? No, all of our merch is available online only

What are your hours? 11:30am-10pm daily. We’re closed on Easter, and we’re open on July 4th

Can I order a custom cake? Yes! However, custom cake orders need to be placed a week in advance. We have some of our classic cakes in stock for pick up ASAP

Do you serve people in line after you close at 10pm? As long as the customer is IN line by 10pm we will still serve them.
